About This Scholarship
The FBC Creedmoor Parrott Memorial Ministry Scholarship (PMMS) was established in 2025 in honor of John T. Parrott as an opportunity for First Baptist Church Creedmoor to assist students interested in ministry. Scholarships are awarded based on available funds and number of applicants. Applications are processed as received, and recipients are notified of award decisions within 30 days.
Eligibility is limited to students who have an existing or past connection to FBC Creedmoor, and who feel called to ministry in some form or fashion. Connections to FBCC can be things such as membership, being a regular participant in the ministries of our church through our Children’s Ministries or Youth Programs, or involvement in adult ministries in the church. Students do not have to be seeking full-time, vocational ministry, but must be able to express how God is calling them to serve and minister to others in their lives.
